Return Policy & Refunds

Qbit.am accepts returns and issues refunds in accordance with this policy. This page explains eligibility, timeframes, return process, shipping costs, and contact information required for Google Merchant Center verification.

Return window

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.
  • Some categories (e.g., perishable goods, personalized/custom items, opened software, or hygiene items) may be non-returnable. Any exceptions are listed on the product page.

Faulty or incorrect items

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

How to request a return

  1. Contact customer support via email support@qbit.am or phone +374-12-200-100 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow the provided return authorization instructions and ship the item back using the specified address and carrier.
  3. Returns without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.

Return shipping and costs

  • For buyer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Qbit.am covers return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage.

Refund processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only for returns due to our error or defective products; original shipping fees for buyer-initiated returns are not refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need an exchange, contact support. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Partial refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in original condition, missing parts, or items returned beyond the return window, at Qbit.am’s discretion.

Cancellations and pre-orders

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping for a full refund. Pre-order cancellation terms are specified on the product page.

International returns

  • International buyers are responsible for customs, duties, and return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Refunds may be subject to deductions for import fees we cannot recover.
