Delivery and Payment

Delivery Information

To arrange delivery, please fill in the required field with the delivery address and provide a phone number. The website administrator will contact you using this number and inform you about the order status.

1. Order delivery is carried out using the following methods:

  • Delivery within Yerevan by vehicle within 0–2 days
  • Delivery to regions by post within 1–5 days

2. Delivery methods and timeframes
Deliveries are made daily from 09:00 to 20:00.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the website administrator will обязательно notify you of any changes to the delivery timeframe.

3. Delivery pricing policy
Delivery cost is calculated based on distance and order volume.
For regional deliveries, each kilometer beyond 30 km is charged at 150 AMD per km.

Within Yerevan, any order exceeding 50,000 AMD is delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
If the order amount is below this threshold, the delivery fee is 3,000 AMD.

All delivered products are checked by our staff for compliance and completeness before being handed over to the recipient.
